Refunds will only be considered once all revision options have been used. If the work doesn’t meet the documented project specifications, we provide unlimited revisions to ensure you're satisfied. If the final product still doesn't match the original requirements, a partial refund might be given based on mutual agreement.
We prioritize “On-Time Delivery.” If we fail to deliver by the agreed deadline despite making at least three documented attempts to contact us, we may consider a refund if it's confirmed that the delay was our fault.
Refund requests must be made within 60 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period won’t be honored, so please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order.
Minor technical issues, like grammatical or typographical errors, may be eligible for partial refunds or future discounts as agreed upon by both parties. Delays from the client's side aren’t grounds for a refund.
If we don't hear about a project regarding approvals or specifications for 45 days, we’ll consider it closed, and a fee will apply to reactivate it.
A “Closed Project” is one that has been fully delivered or has gone unclaimed for 45 days. After this timeframe, AMZ Publication Housetakes no further responsibility.
